A Brilliant Cultural Feast Educating Through Entertainment
This event brings together both traditional and modern elements, spanning across various locations including various shrines, Nan Tien Bridge, and Nan Tien Art Gallery. Activities feature diverse cultural performances, a vegetarian food fair, the fifth Chan‧Art‧Sculpture exhibition, “Take One Leave One—Painted Bookmarks,” “Wisdom Puzzles,” and the “Three Acts of Goodness Windmill” art workshop, all designed to inspire wisdom and touch the heart.
Multicultural Map: Boundless and Far-Reaching
Venerable Man Ko, Chief Abbess of Fo Guang Shan Australia and New Zealand, emphasised that Nan Tien Temple embodies the principles of "culture, education, and purifying the human mind," with the goal of conveying the Buddha’s compassionate wisdom and inclusive spirit. Nearly 400 visitors from China, India, Malaysia, Europe, and other regions share their immigration stories, highlighting Australia’s rich diversity and inclusive culture, thus creating the "Multicultural Map".
