On 13 April, the Buddha’s Light International Association Sydney Chapter held a photography workshop at Fo Guang Shan Nan Tien Buddhist Temple, Kogarah. Henry Zeng, President of the Australian Digital Photographic Association, was invited as the instructor. 40 Fo Guang members learned how to capture stunning moments using their smartphones. Henry shared core photography principles, emphasising that images should be authentic, vibrant, and diverse. He also encouraged everyone to enter the upcoming 2025 “Beauty of Buddha’s Light — Coexistence & Coprosperity” Photography Contest, inspiring participants to document meaningful moments and help preserve a beautiful visual history for future generations.
