國際佛光會雪梨西區佛光童軍團，6月1日由領隊Lisa Teng和許涵韻偕同40位服務團隊成員，前往雪梨印支高齡服務中心舉辦敬老關懷活動。童軍們透過舞龍表演、魔術演出等節目與超過70位長者互動，並恭讀佛光山開山祖師星雲大師〈為老人祈願文〉。中心朱淑芳表示活動深具意義，讓長者感受關懷，青少年學習敬老尊賢傳統美德。

On 1 June, the Buddha's Light Scouts of Western Sydney, led by team leaders Lisa Teng and Han Yun Xu, along with 40 scout team members, visited the Indochinese Aged Care Services in Sydney to show support and care for senior residents. The Scouts engaged over 70 elders through lively activities such as dragon dance performances and magic shows, fostering joyful interactions. They also recited Venerable Master Hsing Yun's "A Prayer for Senior Citizens," for the residents. Shufang Zhu from the centre remarked that the visit was deeply meaningful, allowing the residents to feel appreciated and cared for, while also encouraging respect for elders and passing down of filial piety and traditional virtues among young people.
