On 29 May, Venerable Man Ko, Chief Abbess of Fo Guang Shan Australia and New Zealand, along with Venerable Ru Yi, Venerable Jue Guan, and Venerable Miao Zhe, held two house blessing and purification ceremonies. The first ceremony was held at the new Killara home of Fanghao Xu and Jiaying Wei, second-generation benefactors of Nan Tien Temple, and was attended by Sue Wong, Chapter Elder Advisor of the BLIA Sydney Chapter, and 15 guests. The second ceremony took place at the new East Lindfield home of Yunjie Xu and Yuying Gu, with Robert Liao, Chapter Elder Advisor of the BLIA Sydney Chapter, and nearly 50 attendees. During both ceremonies, Chief Abbess led participants in reciting a prayer by Venerable Master Hsing Yun and bestowed the calligraphy "Keep Going, the Future is Bright" as a blessing for both families, wishing for the continuation of faith and legacy across generations.
