不丹中央僧團戒律大和尚 His Eminence Lopen Sangay Dorji 率4位法師於6月3日參訪佛光山南天寺，與佛光山澳紐總住持滿可法師等深入交流。大和尚盛讚星雲大師「以教育培養人才」的願景，特別讚歎大師對比丘尼僧團的栽培。期許未來更多不丹比丘尼能到南天大學學習，提升僧團素質，促進社會和諧。

On 3 June, His Eminence Lopen Sangay Dorji, the Laytshog Lopen (Administrative Master) of Bhutan's Central Monastic Body, accompanied by a monastic entourage of 4, visited Nan Tien Temple. During the visit, he had in-depth exchanges with Venerable Man Ko, Chief Abbess of Australia and New Zealand and the order. His Eminence highly praised Venerable Master Hsing Yun’s vision of "nurturing talents through education," with particular commendation for Venerable Master’s support of the bhikkhuni order. He expressed hope that more Bhutanese bhikkhunis will have the opportunity to study at Nan Tien Institute in the future, to strengthen monastic education and foster social harmony.
