3月30日，佛光山南華大學榮譽教授暨佛光山寺副住持慧開法師應澳洲星雲大師教育基金會等邀請，在新南威爾斯州立圖書館主講「生命的永續經營」三好講座，350人參加。慧開法師引用佛光山開山祖師星雲大師「老、病、死、生」深層意涵，闡釋「生死自在六千萬心法」，包括不要拖過人生賞味期、及早確定生命方向，以及往生淨土的「信、願、行」三資糧，勉眾當下精進、行三好，圓滿生命永續。

On 30 March, Venerable Huei Kai, Professor Emeritus at Nanhua University and Deputy Abbot of Fo Guang Shan Monastery, was invited by the Hsing Yun Education Foundation to present a lecture titled “The Sustainable Management of Life” at the State Library of New South Wales. The event drew an audience of 350 people. Venerable Huei Kai drew upon the profound teachings of Venerable Master Hsing Yun, Founding Master of Fo Guang Shan, on the concepts of “aging, illness, death, and life.” He explained the “Six Keys to Life and Death,” a framework for understanding life and death with clarity and peace. He emphasised the importance of not delaying one’s prime years, choosing a spiritual direction early, and cultivating the “faith, vow, and practice” as the essential resources for rebirth in the Pure Land. He encouraged everyone to diligently practice these principles in the present moment—embodying the Three Acts of Goodness—to realize a truly sustainable and meaningful life.
