Guided by Venerable Master Hsing Yun's vision of "fostering talent through education," the Hsing Yun Education Foundation (HYEF) continues to advance Buddhist higher education and foster social contribution. From July 2024 to June 2025, HYEF awarded 27 scholarships to students from 16 countries, including the Philippines, Colombia, mainland China, and educators from Bhutan's Institute of Science of Mind, supporting their studies at Nan Tien Institute (NTI) and encouraging the cultivation of mindfulness and compassion in daily life. At NTI's graduation ceremony on 19 September 2024, scholarship recipients shared how their Buddhist studies had profoundly enriched their personal growth and professional development. With HYEF's continued support, NTI is emerging as a vital centre for cultivating future Buddhist leaders and integrating Buddhist values into society. Looking ahead, HYEF will continue to expand its scholarship program, nurturing more talent and advancing its mission of education and Dharma propagation.
