正念創意藝術坊溫馨登場
Mindful Art Workshop Warms Buddha’s Birthday Celebration in Perth
由佛光山西澳道場、國際佛光會西澳協會與南天大學聯合主辦的「2025年佛誕慶典暨多元文化節」，於4月12日至13日在西澳伯斯市中心最高法院花園（Supreme Court Gardens）隆重登場。其中由南天大學美術館主任有紀法師設計的「正念創意藝術坊」，於活動現場的 Mindful Art Pavilion 溫馨亮相，透過兼具創意與心靈關懷的藝術體驗，引導大眾在創作中放慢腳步，安住當下，實踐正念。藝術坊活動內容多元豐富，包括曼陀羅編織、衍紙項鍊、3D佛誕塗色等多元手作，吸引眾多家庭、學生與長者參與，現場氣氛溫馨寧靜。參與者從創作中體會正念、覺察與內在平靜，不少人表示首次深刻理解正念的力量。藝術坊以藝術為橋，落實三好理念，促進社區和諧與身心靈健康。
The 2025 Buddha’s Birthday and Multicultural Festival, held on 12–13 April at Perth’s Supreme Court Gardens, featured the “Mindful Art Workshop” designed by Venerable You Ji, Manager of Nan Tien Art Gallery. Presented at the Mindful Art Pavilion, the workshop invited participants to explore mindfulness through creative activities such as mandala weaving, quilling, and 3D colouring. Families, students, and seniors joined in, finding calm and presence through hands-on art. Many expressed a new found understanding of mindfulness beyond meditation. The workshop reflected Fo Guang Shan values, using art to promote well-being, spiritual awareness, and harmony in the community.
