佛光童軍大露營期間，特安排系列活動緬懷佛光山開山祖師星雲大師，感念其創辦佛光童軍團，培養青少年智仁勇的美德。佛光童軍觀看《智慧與光——星雲大師的一生》影片認識大師願力，學習烹煮大師的食譜「蕃茄麵」，營火之夜「永恆的一顆星」緬懷大師，更每日早晚課唱誦英文〈三寶頌〉、《心經》及〈為佛光童軍祈願文〉，與大師接心。

During the Buddha’s Light Scouts World Camp, a series of activities paying tribute to Venerable Master Hsing Yun, Founding Master of Fo Guang Shan, were held. These activities expressed gratitude for his role in establishing the Buddha’s Light Scouts and his dedication to fostering youth in the virtues of wisdom, benevolence, and courage. The Scouts watched the documentary Wisdom & Light — The Life and Teachings of Venerable Master Hsing Yun to learn about his vision and legacy. They also learnt to cook his famous tomato noodles, and during the Eternal Star campfire night, they reflected on his profound influence. Every morning and evening, they sing the Triple Gem, recited the Heart Sutra and the Prayers for the Buddha’s Light Scouts, helping to strengthen a heartfelt connection with the Master.
